Partner Agreement

1. The programme
By applying you agree to participate in the Payroll Master partner programme: referring prospective customers ("leads") to Payroll Master in good faith. Acceptance of your application is at Payroll Master's discretion.
2. Leads & consent
You confirm that every contact you submit has agreed to be approached about Payroll Master, and that you have a lawful basis to share their details. Payroll Master processes lead data solely to evaluate and pursue the referral, in line with applicable data-protection law (the "DPA terms").
3. Attribution
The first partner to submit a given contact owns that lead for 90 days from submission. Duplicate or already-known contacts may be declined. Payroll Master determines lead status and outcomes.
4. Conduct
You will represent Payroll Master honestly and will not engage in spam, misrepresentation, or unlawful solicitation. Payroll Master may suspend or remove partners who breach these terms.
5. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; the version you accepted at signup is recorded against your account.
